We read everything. The messages we act on fastest:

• Corrections. If you believe a formula, dosing factor, or energy rate is wrong, tell us and include your source. Verified corrections ship within days.
• Calculator requests. Missing a tool you need, a different pool shape, a heater type, a chemical? Suggest it.
• Unclear results. If a calculator gave you a number you did not know how to act on, that is a writing bug on our side. Say so.

We aim to reply within two business days. Please note we cannot provide pool-specific professional advice, for persistent water problems or equipment sizing, consult a local pool professional.
